      -Great Place to Grow -Company Treats Employees Almost as Good as Customer -Your Career Will Grow Quickly -Transfer Options to other Offices Nationwide -Paid Lunch -Reimbursement for Travel -Great Communication; People are able to help you in any situation -Management is Responsive to Positive and Negative Feedback

      Cons

      -Company growing quickly and experience some growing pains currently -Although company is growing pay or bonuses don't seem to be trending upward -Company preaches 40 hour work week and a good work/life balance, but allows people to work long hours all the time which makes it unfair to people who cant or dont work overtime -Salary and no overtime, sometimes flexpay is rewarded

      Pros

      Employee satisfaction is paramount and so is satisfaction of the customer here. There is plenty of opportunity to learn in the office and in the field, with occasional mandatory training. Requested training is also sometimes available. Company culture is legitimately one of a team, no real cliques or negative gossip. Come here with a good attitude.

      Cons

      None to really think of at my stage of the game. What I would precaution against is do not be passive on opportunities. If you ask, at the very least the ears that need to hear it will, and you will almost always have a chance to work on a variety of projects. Travel out of state is defiantly available but usually not mandatory unless your in service or something.

      Love this company. Really wonderful culture! All the people are very positive, friendly, and helpful.

      Cons

      If you want a job where you won't be busy, this isn't the place for you. They don't overwork you. But you won't be doing nothing.
