      - The company has had continued success. - Almost all staff has been a pleasure to work with and alongside - Transparent in regards to company performance - Benefits are good

      - Career pathways / descriptions are lacking clear metrics for advancement in pay and position - Pay for some positions is lagging behind industry standards / curious about what metrics they use to gauge pay for some positions.

      Good data center commissioning experience

      This was an internship so a short-term role however, it was very beneficial and structured with learning as the main priority. Learned troubleshooting skills and data center infrastructure

      Work was slightly repetitive. Had to continue going out my way to explore new opportunities
