Pros

The culture at Thermo Systems is fantastic. It feels like upper management and the company as a whole really care about employees at company. Everyone I have meet at the company has been extremely friendly and offered to assist me on any questions I had. I also have had many great opportunities to gain business development experience and grow my engineering knowledge while working here.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly right now. While it is currently being addressed, there are some growing pains like slight disorganization and un-optimized management as a result.

They are a smaller cooperate companies which makes it feel very connected. But it is big enough that you still have all the great benefits.

Cons

I have started traveling more and more which takes me away from my family more than I would like to.
