Compensation and Benefits are great! The culture is what made me want to come here in the first place. They have high standards in values in a very healthy way from my perspective. They encourage personal development and give you a path for growth.

Pros

Great community, thorough training and follow ups, lots of company and team meetings to make sure everyone is on the same page, great benefits, solid schedule, decent pay with yearly bonuses. You get free products! Good job security with options to move up.

Cons

Blackout days during busy holidays, no ability to take time off near Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

Pros

The CEO is also the founder of the company. He cares a lot about quality and delivering a product that is superior in the industry. the pay is competitive. Monthly catered lunch for employees. 401k match from day 1, paid health benefits. They have a fully stocked kitchen including a vending machine. The employees are all good people.

Cons

This is 35 minute commute for me. Can't really think of any cons.
