Accounts and PMs own process. Makes for weak creative.

In the past year, there have been many who have either been forced out or left the agency on their own. Many of those were from senior leadership. The level of infighting and lack of core values is really apparent when you've been around for a while, people are promoted based on seniority and not on experience. A few of the senior leaders have only worked at this agency and maybe one more; so lack the experience and an objective point of view on how to build a great team. Also not all teams are created equally and treated as such, the agency is divided by the account they work on and creates an us against them mentality.
