Pros

The community and culture. Every interaction that I have had with a coworker has been great. Everyone is amazing. The culture here at Thesis is what really stands out to me. Everything from ERGs, Community Service Projects, DEI initiatives and the strengths program are all amazing programs putting employees, and their thoughts and feelings first. So grateful to work at a place that values the individual experience and always tries to improve and make it better. Also really appreciate the transparency that leadership has. We recently went through a restructure and unfortunately had to lay off some people (similar to many other companies in this industry). However, through this process was grateful to see behind the curtain and all the transparency as to why.

Cons

With the quick growth we had a lot of processes needing to be put in place to streamline things. But the agency has taken steps to address this and make things better for each department.
