Pros
I've been with this company for over six years, and I can confidently say that you won't find a better place to work. I understand that everyone's experiences and stories are different. I am also a firm believer you make your experience by being true to yourself, what you stand for, communication, and your work ethic. The organization truly values its employees, offering incredible flexibility that allows for a great work-life balance. Leadership is supportive, the culture is positive and collaborative. These days, I believe that some people's requests and expectations are wiiiild, and the more a company gives the more people expect and want. Thesis tries to accommodate every request by being realistic, but some are just not doable from a safety and business standpoint. I appreciate the word NO, but most can't say that. Thesis is doing the best with everything!
Cons
There are Cons in every business, but I'm not focused on them right now. I am highlighting the Pros, as there have been way more Pros than Cons for me.
