Awful management and leadership. Work is boring, non-creative and PM driven.

Pros

The work can be interesting if they actually focused on building and sustaining client relationships and organic growth.

Cons

- Fickle leadership with no understanding of what they want the company to be - Constant change with no forethought to provide actual process efficiencies - Lack of honesty and transparency - revolving door - Ever changing policies - It’s clear there is no real direction for the company’s brand

Pros

Solid workforce (the people who do the work). Interesting clients. Nice website. A building + barista?

Cons

The C-suite is pathetic. The CEO has zero outside experience and makes impulsive, disconnected decisions to pad her pockets and pay for the new building that nobody wanted but her. *@Glassdoor, Keely York is the CEO of Thesis, not the founder Ryan Buchanan. Thesis’ CEO rating has plummeted since she took over.* The COO also has zero outside experience..or compassion..and is hired muscle better at deflecting, gaslighting, and tearing people down than building a business. The Chief Creative Officer is out of his league and does not have the respect of his department bc lesser ranking creative talent runs circles around him. The Chief People Officer presents as “empathetic” but the only people she is loyal to are the Csuite- confidentiality or anonymity is just lip service for Thesis’ HR. They are just building their case! The senior leadership team below the C-suite is constantly turning over bc they are tired of representing initiatives they do not actually control/stand behind or they get shoved out because they did not meet the impossible standards set (and then invisibly moved) by the manic conductors up top.
