      Pros

      You'll learn a lot and the people are very nice but very smart. Culture is great, you'll be supported as much as possible. Real data science work. Flexible work schedule, very output-driven -- no micromanaging. Great senior management.

      Cons

      Pay is far from the best, but it's not surprising because it's not a multinational.
