      Some good, mostly bad

      Pros

      You will learn a lot about different industries in the finance world. You’ll meet some cool people.

      Cons

      If you’re a minority or LGBTQ run! This year only $2000 was budgeted for an entire month of PRIDE events and the sponsee wanted a one and done event. (Rainbow washing). Meanwhile, If you speak Spanish or Portuguese in Forum and you don’t act like a white businessman… you have behavioral issues and are looked down upon for speaking your native language.
