Pros

You get a paycheck so I guess it is better than unemployment. Nice office and happy hours You learn what not to do based off their horrendous management

Cons

- Every C-level is leaving which should tell you something. - Soviet level of control on what you do and who you speak with. - if you hang out with former employees prepare for blowback - VPs plus the Managing Director are a cult that create a toxic environment that makes everyone on the floor want to leave - cliques and in-groups - rumors that senior management tried placing cameras to tape the place

Not worth it.

Pros

Coworkers and a few managers can be very fun and supportive people to work with. The pay is decent overall.

Cons

Third Bridge has an unsustainable growth mentality, and the company does not set you up for success. If you accept a job in connections, you will work long hours cold-calling, be held to unrealistic standards with moving goalposts, and have little work-life balance. You'll have increased responsibilities, little training or support from your managers, and even less work-life balance if promoted. The company will say generic things about growing together and investing in their talent, but you are disposable if you work here. Your personal relationships do not count for anything. Managers are promoted from within based on their sales numbers, not management ability, and are not accountable for employee performance or turnover issues on their teams. Feedback is not given or taken in good faith. I strongly do not recommend working here.

Pros

It's a means for paying rent right out of college

Cons

There is a LOT to share. The pay: it's pretty sub-par, and the criteria that they use to establish raises, and starting pay is obscure and unfair Diversity: Simply put, there isn't any. There are like 2 POC (people of color) at the entire company, and there are often scandals of employees at third bridge getting caught for internally using slanderous/racist/homophobic language. - There was actually a group of individuals in the consulting vertical that was caught using racist slurs in a public slack channel. So not only are they racist, but some of the people that work here are very, very, very dumb. I've heard racist AND homophobic language being uttered publicly- and very little to nothing getting done about it. The culture: Not great, you're expected to work during the hours of the night if a client sends in a project. Managers are passive aggressive at times (there are good team leads, you know who you are) but the majority of them are bad, and micro-managey. Perks: Intentionally leaving this one blank. Want a nice example of what the culture is like at thirdbridge? The individuals reading this will assume that it was coming from some hypersensitive person of color that also may or may not be considered queer, but at my time there I was a fly on the wall- my opinions on this place are unbiased (also I'm white, female, and straight)
