TB is a company that maintains a diverse workforce and creates an environment where every individual feels included 2. cares about employees' physical, mental and psychological health 3. clear career growth path and extensive support from the management 4. hybrid work model, allow WFH 5. employees feel relaxed and valued

Cons

I hope that the IT support in the Shanghai region can be set up in line with global functionalities, which can eliminate some cross-time zone communications, better considerate local differences and improve communication efficiency.
