Very good salary, nice people

Cons

You have to work long hours under stressful environment, there is a lot of micromanaging from senior management and managers who don't listen to your needs. If you don't reach your unrealistic target for just a couple of months, you're fired and they don't come up with solutions to issues faced, hence retention rate is bad. People are losing their jobs all the time and nothing is being done about it. No career progression
