Pros

The culture at Third Bridge is very centered around coaching and giving you the tools you need to have long-term success in corporate America. It is a very team-oriented environment where you have to rely on your communication and time management skills to learn how to properly prioritize in order to achieve your goals.

Cons

The job is very "feedback heavy," so you must be prepared to apply teaching. Expect to have tight deadlines and the environment is very fast paced, so you need to learn quickly and be able to have fast application.

Pros

Best place to grow my career and learn new skills in a comfortable, encouraging environment. Clear roadmap to what good looks like in all roles I've been in at TB. Clear targets that you're given a lot of coaching to attain. Very team-centric environment. Some evening hours, but to be expected in a customer-facing role - it is always flexible within the team to ensure you're not overextended. Lot of time spent talking to people, which I find interesting and engaging. Bonus structures are clear.

Cons

Nothing you wouldn't experience anywhere else. Technology lags behind with some systems being outdated. This isn't a con, but if you don't like: working with people or in a service-focused job, target-based environments, cold outreach, or smart searching, you may not like working here. For people who want to move up quickly, like talking to new people, and can perform well towards targets, this has been a great place to quickly scale your career to management positions or high-performing individual contributor roles.

Great place to start your career

Pros

After a few years at TB, I can honestly say it’s a great place for driven, commercially minded people to grow. It’s fast-paced, and allows for real responsibility early on and plenty of opportunities to step up. As a manager, I’ve had genuine ownership over revenue and my team, which has really helped me develop as a leader early on in my career. It’s a very metrics-focused business, so expectations are clear and you know what you’re working toward. People who perform well are recognised, and progression feels earned if you consistently deliver. There’s also strong client exposure, which quickly builds your confidence, communication skills, and commercial instinct. Over the last few years, I’ve seen more investment in people development, especially around management skills and internal mobility. Leadership is approachable, and there’s a clear emphasis on results and accountability.

Cons

The environment can be demanding and performance-focused, so it’s not suited to everyone. The pace can feel intense during peak cycles, and you need to be comfortable operating in a target based environment.
