You will appreciate the consistent and incredibly positive feedback from premier firms across the world as clients highlight how helpful our products and services are to their investment process and portfolio management. In short, the work is rewarding intellectually, as well as in knowing you’ve truly helped clients. Third Bridge’s culture is fantastic and embraces diversity and individuality of spirit where merit and achievement are the basis for recognition. The firm primarily isdriven by positive and energetic young professionals who are impressive in both their talent and drive to succeed. The company is extremely supportive and offers robust training and countless opportunities for both professional and personal growth. Third Bridge invests in its people and truly supports their growth and success. The firm also allows for an excellent work-life balance that affords a much better quality of life than I’ve experienced anywhere in my career.

      Cons

      We’re a firm that is in growth mode, which means there’s constant innovation. While the pace of change has slowed, you need to be comfortable with a dynamic environment that doesn’t necessarily offer the consistency potentially available at larger firms. While promotion opportunities are often abundant, they can also be opportunistic and thus patience and flexibility are required at times, which can be understandably frustrating for some.
