Pros

The people. Can't speak enough of the people. Incredible co-workers.

Cons

If you have a good manager than you are really happy. If you have a tough one, it can take a toll one you. Plays an immense role at your mental health. The company does NOT compensate you enough for the work you are doing. Anything you do will never be enough, you can overachieve, hit every month but they will never make you feel like you are doing a good job. They want to work you like a robot until you cannot do it anymore and quit / get fired. Very stressful work environment.

Pros

- fantastic social culture - strong management support - readily available financial incentives for on-target and above through measured bonuses - well advertised career progression

Cons

- target-based metrics can be very difficult to attain - since the internal restructuring, focus has shifted more to an independent method of working which previously was a united effort within teams to reach collective targets - the hours are much longer than initially informed, you're expected to be available to the client 24/7 with a 30-minute window to reply outside of working hours - due to said internal restructuring it has become more difficult to build up to higher roles in the company
