      A Meritocracy that Fosters Growth

      Pros

      - Meritocracy when it comes to advancement in the company (additional responsibilities are provided as you continue to exemplify development and zeal) - Great opportunity to gain managerial experience early in one's career - Training is constant to continually prepare you for next levels of the job, and improve general professionalism competencies - Team structures are aligned so that it creates collaboration and support among peers, rather than unhealthy competition - Researcher role allows for direct contact with clients very early on - Company allows every employee transparency on company initiatives, changes, challenges, and an opportunity to voice ideas/concerns - Peers are driven and motivated to go above and beyond; those that do are rewarded with further opportunities - Projects vary incredibly across industries and client strategies, which is very helpful for those that are not entirely certain of their long-term career goals, or want to explore different sectors

      Cons

      - Researcher incentives can be further updated to align with changing team structures and project strategies - Not ideal for people that don't work well with others - Clients can be very demanding during busy business cycles

      Great place to start a career; good exit opportunities and an ascending player in the market research space

      Pros

      People here are really great; I think that a lot of hard working and intelligent people work here. Base salary isn't great, but if you're an average performer you can expect to add 10% to your salary through bonus. Bonuses only go up as seniority and your performance increase. Overall, senior management is impressive in terms of their vision and they've executed- growth has been outstanding. That means more senior positions open up very often.

      Cons

      After 9 months, the learning curve slows down, and you don't necessarily learn as much after that time. I understand they're trying to fix this issue, but not sure if that will be successful.

      Pros

      Third Bridge hires a lot of fresh graduates, the salary is okay but in the first year, it's very difficult to get bonus. And after 1 year they would give a promotion but in the sametime raise your target again so that it's difficult to get bonus.

      Cons

      Third Bridge is running like a sweat shop, associates are being forced to work around clock and overtime in order to hit unrealistic targets. The company posts daily performances on public so that everyone can see if you are running behind target. The managers bullys its team to work excessive workload, after 6pm or even on weekends in order to hit monthly target.
