Learn a lot about the companies/sectors you cover, young-ish work force, you can get promoted with decent merit. Mods have more freedom vs. research

Cons

High turnover, quota driven, not great culture generally, and as a moderator you work with research (recruiters) that are recent college grads that are too underpaid to care
