Long working hours. Untimingly calls. A lot of micromanagement by some managers. During my time with the company, I consistently strived to meet and exceed the expectations set by the organization. However, I became aware that the feedback I received did not accurately reflect my performance and contributions

Pros

Decent pay out of college, but it’s not worth the constant stress and long hours.

Cons

You’re nothing but a money making machine for the company. If you hit the monthly target, then you’re making a good $25,000 for the company every month by yourself. If you don’t hit target, then they are EXTREMELY quick to put you on a performance plan and kick you out the door if you don’t perform. The only way to be promoted is by kissing butt cheeks and ironically has nothing to do with your personal performance.
