Great team atmosphere Room to grow

A very rapid work environment where the performance metrics do not take into account how clients can drastically impact your metrics. Senior team members are overworked and not fairly compensated for overtime. Not a lot of care given to the professionals that make up Third Birdge's professional network.

people are independant, so open culture, well orginazed

Cons

if possibel I would prefer to work at home or other place morning time or other time since it is hard to call experts when I stay at office(manytimes experts says so noisy and cannot hear what I talk)
