Amazing Dubai Office Culture

Pros

I have been in the Dubai office for some time and absolutely love the culture of the office I read quite a few reviews before coming and was slightly hesitant however the leadership in the office takes its time to get to know people and really invest in them would recommend. I feel in a short time I’ve been able to gain a tonne of responsibility beyond my peers

Cons

Consistency in targets sometimes is needed. We have a slight adjustment to our targets which at times doesn’t account for seasonalities.
