- Supportive management - Open communication culture - Challenging and rewarding environment - Encouraged to critically think along with sponsored learning - Fast paced environment - Fair amount of responsibility over projects/overall work being done

Cons

- Not too much technicality from job, you have to take initiative to - Quite generic role, but in turn you can translate this into useful skills for a definitive career path - Not much guidance on compensation/reward structures - Not much credit/ownership given for each project, the sector analyst dictates the projects initiated and pitches ideas
