- Good exposure to the entire sales process - Great benefits and exposure to FS

Cons

- Terrible communication and training - Very bad churn rate - Issues stem from poor management and said managers hiring other bad managers - Lack of transparency - Progression is incredibly subjective and lacks objective steps which is confusing as it is one of the 5 pillars of the business - Ensure to do your due diligence before accepting a role here. Has evolved into quite a toxic culture
