Working in Talent Acquisition one would expect an automatic positive review, but I will start by saying I could not work for an organisation or do my job effectively if i did not value what the company did or how it does it. My experience of Third Bridge so far has only been positive, a really engaging positive culture and some amazing people who want to help and see our business grow. Yes, we don't get it right all of the time, but I see a senior leadership driven to ensure we deliver a positive experience for all of our colleagues. In my view Third Bridge is a hidden gem, something I am determined to change.

Best work culture, people are what makes a difference. The teams are extremely supportive and they care about your personal development. They give you all the means to succeed.

Cons

Honestly nothing, maybe a slightly higher pay would have been nice.
