Being part of something growing and innovating provides amazing opportunities to learn and progress Management invest deeply in the development of employees at all levels of the organisation There is a real focus on being the best (personally and as a company), which brings a culture of drive and excellence

Cons

A client-centric environment brings challenges like the need for responsiveness and a focus on how to do better every time The bar is set high which for some is motivating, but it's not the kind of place you can do the bare minimum
