Young workforce, fun happy hours and events. Snacks in the lunch rooms. Nice office.

Cons

Misleading job responsibilities during interview process. Immature workforce, feels like college all over again. Hours are awful and they expect you to work late nearly every day and check your phone until late hours once you are off. Cold calling. No mentorship
