- Great work-life balance - Awesome team dynamics

Cons

- Extremely unfair that at least 3 colleagues were forced to resign without one month's notice. This goes against the terms in the employment contract. - Micromanagement - Negotiating spec costs all the time (very "cheap") - Bonus scheme not proportional to ever increasing targets. If one fails to meet these targets, one would be put on PIP (a sort of probation) and eventually be forced to resign (sometimes in a time frame as short as a month).
