- Good culture - Management is flexible, will help you find your way / branch out if you seek it and put the work in - Solid base pay and bonuses for the level of work required. Bonuses are continuing to increase as well

Cons

- Company is doing a lot to bolster career paths but viable options are still lackluster - Often need to be online after hours
