Really great community at Third Bridge. From day 1, the onboarding as been great, and I feel like I have been set up well to succeed here. Very supportive & welcoming team, too,

Pros

Really great starting role for any graduate / early careers - opportunity to grow in the business and many become a manager within 2 years. Diverse range of interesting people who really do have the same forward thinking mentality on driving the business forward but not at current employees expense - good culture within to have support at the forefront of majority of their decisions

Cons

N/a - there is high volumes of phone work (focusing on associate roles), however, depends on the person - for someone proactive and driven to be in a communication role, I would say this is more of a benefit
