Easy going attitude and start up culture which makes it a great environment to work.

Cons

One of the cons is the fact that the organizational structure of the company doesn't allow for great career development and individual growth opportunities are limited.

In general culture is good.

Cons

Team members were crazy, no sense of teamwork. There were 2 people doing harassment thing to lower level associates for a long term. Some managers had really bad education experience and bad management abilities.
