Pros

Having joined Third Bridge in the middle of the pandemic and in a totally virtual environment I've found everyone to be extremely welcoming and supportive. Third Bridge has a great induction programme which ensured I was equipped with everything I needed to know within my first few weeks. The use of internal tools such as Slack really allowed me to meet and connect with my new colleagues too. They also offer a home working allowance which enabled me to buy the equipment I needed to work from home. Overall, I've really enjoyed my first six months of working at Third Bridge as I've been empowered to work autonomously, share ideas and feel actively listened to and been encouraged to speak up if I see a process or activity that could be improved.

Cons

It's completely outside of Third Bridge's control but the only downside for me so far has been not being able to physically meet my new colleagues or attend any social events, which I hear are pretty fun - hopefully we'll be able to resume these soon!

Pros

- The company is growing really fast and has a really exciting vision for the next 5 years and beyond. This means there are always changes going on (which is not for everyone) but it makes for a dynamic, fast paced work environment with lots of opportunities available, which is made better by the amazing people you work with. - Senior leadership are approachable and enthusiastic about feedback. We currently have bi-weekly all staff meetings with our senior leaders which keeps everyone informed so communication is good. - Recently there has been a huge focus on diversity and inclusion and the environmental impact of the company, which is providing lots of exciting initiatives to get involved with.

Cons

- Depending on what type of person you are, the sheer amount and frequency of change that happens at all levels can be a negative. - Some of the roles are also pretty demanding due to them being client facing in a financial services environment. - The pace can be intense.
