Amazing atmosphere, great progression and carreer development. Big on L&D, always pushing employees to learn more Management is super accessible, founders are always around and happy for a chat New products being developped constantly, possibility to change between departments Great vibe in the office, 2 days of home office possible

Cons

Job can get repetitive if you do not make the most of it, but if you are productive, you can be as creative as you want
