It used to be a very nice working environment for young people who have just graduated from college. a good place to start your career for 1-2 years.
Cons
I had spent over 3 years at TB Shanghai office and experienced many changes in the firm and depeartments. Now I look back it was such a waste of my time. Changes in management level (commericial leaders gone, changes of connections leader). poor leadership management in China. its just not going anywhere since all the competitiors are taking over the market. Poor management and lawsuits in China. expert network business is in a gray area where you could easily get into trouble if you don't strictly follow the process. Salary and base are low for the connection team. and the firm gets fined for not paying bonus after you leave the firm. no career development unless you are good at building connections for your next job.
