Pro: some decent coworkers around the company

Cons

Long hours, underpaid, zero work life balance, high stress. As a project manager you're expected to be up/answering emails before 8 AM until 11 PM EST every single night. Several folks have left recently for being told they're not responsive enough to clients on the weekend evenings....this job isn't worth the sacrifice of your youth, mental health, personal life.

Easy job To get that pays the bills. Casual, young workforce makes it easy to meet people. Good experience for job interviews - other employers like to hear how you’ve handled such a crap role and made the best of it. Exposure to PE industry can be a plus.

Cons

Expected to work longer hours with no overtime pay, expect passive aggressive treatment if you don’t. Poor evaluation methods. No real opps for progression. The work itself is mindless and easy, so it’s hard to care about it, nonetheless improve.
