      Pros

      You can gain a lot of autonomy and responsibility at third bridge very quickly. The team dynamic helps ease the hyper competitive culture.

      Cons

      The third bridge culture is very much rooted in taking on as much work as possible and being able to convert. There is an expectation that you arrive early and work late in order to prove your worth and value.
