Pros

Great benefits, fun co-workers, great office space, and decent pay! I appreciate how goal-oriented the job has been and the leadership is fantastic at providing feedback. This was my first corporate job and the onboarding process/training was very well done.

Cons

The job is very monotonous and doesn't change much day-to-day as an associate. It seems like there is a bit more variety to the job after the first year or two as you move into a client-facing role.
