      Pros

      The company culture is fantastic, no politics, lots of resources spent on keeping employee base happy/entertained. Roles can teach a lot about current market climates and topical companies within Equity/Credit/Private Equity

      Cons

      Unfortunately career progression can become diluted. No raises unless promoted, they will claim everyone at your level is on the same salary, though this is not strictly true.

      *You get a lot of training in support of your role. *There's always bread, fruit and milk in the kitchen. *Occasional team lunches

      Cons

      *Would prefer 9-5.30pm working hours. Coming from a previous role with these working hours, the extra 30 mins makes all the difference. *People are a bit standoffish and it takes a while for them to warm up to you if you're new

      Thanks for your feedback, and we are glad to hear that you are enjoying your time at Third Bridge so far. We have our working hours from 9am-6pm because of two reasons: 1. The vast majority of our clients are working those hours (or prospects within the financial industry)., and 2. We are a global business with offices in New York and in the APAC region so the times help to deal with work globally.       *Research content is very interesting, enables the sales role to be consultative *Company management is always expanding the current product offering and looking for new opportunities *Targets are challenging but also fair which keeps the team motivated *The workplace is extremely friendly, which makes coming to work a positive experience

      Hello! Thanks for taking the time to write this review. We totally agree with all the points you have mentioned here. We couldn't agree more regarding our people and the positive environment. We're changing our ways of working with reviews of salaries, technology and how we communicate effectively with our clients. We do have some different cultures within parts of the company - some of which is naturally a product of history or the nature of the business, some of which requires work to align how we work more broadly.
