Pros

You will be paid for your contracted hours.

Cons

The company runs in the style of a 'helicopter parent' and a true disconnect exists between those doing the day to day job and management. Favoritism is rife and employees do not speak out as they know they will soon leave the business anyway. The leadership team is multilayered without clearly defined remits. Whole divisions will also go without leadership for months on end. Your enjoyment of the role comes down to which client type you work with.
