      Have been working in the Third bridge dubai office for the last 5 months. Love working here. The office has a strong insistence on performance but the leadership really invests in you. I feel like we are winning together. Good balance of tenures, and very merit based. Your promotion opportunities are entirely upon you and the office gives a lot of early responsibilities

      Still a new office, lots of work to do. Work like balance can be hard. This is not your typical 9-5 and they make it clear. Overall you get out how much you put in. I accepted the job knowing that. Overall great pay and commission so i cant complain, I guess thats corporate
