- Young start-up atmosphere - Happy Hours and group events - Hours 9-6

Cons

- Hire new people almost every month due to the amount of turnover - No longterm potential - Low salary, especially for Manhattan - "Bonus Structure" and other company incentives are more of a check box to say they offer it and look good on paper

Pros

Easy job To get that pays the bills. Casual, young workforce makes it easy to meet people. Good experience for job interviews - other employers like to hear how you’ve handled such a crap role and made the best of it. Exposure to PE industry can be a plus.

Cons

Expected to work longer hours with no overtime pay, expect passive aggressive treatment if you don’t. Poor evaluation methods. No real opps for progression. The work itself is mindless and easy, so it’s hard to care about it, nonetheless improve.
