We are sorry, however, to hear that you have some concerns. We appreciate your comment on the unrealistic targets. We recognise that we operate in a fast-paced and target-driven environment, which we know may not be suited to everyone. Whilst this is the case, we know that our compensation and benefits offering is competitive and incredibly employee-focused (including compensation and uncapped bonus schemes!). We are concerned about your comment on favouritism. We take comments like this very seriously, as this is not the type of culture we want to foster here at Third Bridge. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are glad to see that you enjoy the work-life balance in your role and compensation! We are sorry to hear that you felt there was a lack of technical training. We offer a comprehensive onboarding programme for all of our new joiners, as well as in-depth Project Manager training after the first three to four months, which focuses on the development of core project management skills, followed by the development of more advanced project management skills that focus more on commercial elements of the role. We would love to learn more about what you felt was missing from your training, if you are open to providing more detailed feedback on this.
