We're sorry to see that you have concerns about the work not being stimulating enough and the work-life balance. We understand the importance of maintaining a balance between workload and job satisfaction, as well as being as transparent as possible about the role in all of our job advertisements. Regarding work-life balance, we recognise that we operate in a fast-paced and target-driven environment and that this may mean working longer hours at times. Whilst this is the case, we know that our compensation and benefits offering is competitive and incredibly employee-focused (including compensation and uncapped bonus schemes!).
