Pros

Young culture, great job for first year out of school on the research side.

Cons

Management seems to constantly move targets making success impossible. A lot of things are rolled out poorly with little or no communication. Pay is extremely low compared to industry and revolving door of senior leaders means that changes don’t get implemented. Management doesn’t seem to care about learning the difference between workload for the verticals (public equity never hits targets and have to source projects whereas other verticals have projects flow in naturally).
