- Competitive base salary - Opportunities for bonuses - Good benefits

Cons

- Constantly being compared to your colleagues to spark "healthy competition" - Long hours with NO overtime - Lack of work life balance - Rude colleagues (especially in the consulting vertical) - Quantity over quality mentality - No priority on mental health - Being blamed for things outside of one's controls (i.e. not hitting CR targets due to projects going on hold or having difficult clients)

Pros

There is a great company culture - everyone is very young, so it is an energetic community that eases the shift from college to the real world.

Cons

The compensation is very low and there is a strong emphasis on quantitative targets, which often do not fully reflect the quality of your work. They also raise your targets every quarter, regardless of how well you did the quarter before, which can make it feel unreachable.
