Good network of people, young culture, nice office and working environment

Cons

The work is so so boring. You're literally adding linkedin profiles of people who may be a relevant expert and calling/emailing and linkedin messaging them nonstop. You do this all day, every day until it's time for you to manage your own projects.

Unlimited Sick Days Decent Vacation Nice Office View

Immature management team. Love to play favorites. Team Leaders barely have experience managing a team, and it is the same inner circle that gets promoted. VPs think they are big shots- when they themselves have no experience. Majority of individuals at the company are in denial, and think their below average salary they are making is equal to the long hours that they work. IT IS NOT. The amount of feedback provided is ridiculous. Get a real HR team.
