- Great People - Good office - good exposure to the financial sector - good training - very approachable senior management - open to suggestion - Hours are good and you are quickly given your own clients

Cons

- Middle management is too young with managers not qualified enough - The job can be very repetitive and you use Linkedin a lot - too much feedback can be bad feedback
