      Pros

      - Great environment to work in - very international office and very approachable senior management - Being in a growing department means that you can really get involved with important decisions being made, and see the direct outcome of your decisions - A lot of emphasis on the development of people - senior management encourage you and support you to take different courses to boost any skills you want developed. There is leeway to take your role where you want it to go - More recently have seen the company making external hires from professionals with impressive experience - this gives employees more opportunities to learn and adds great value to the different teams

      Cons

      - As with any growing department/company, things can change very quickly which can sometimes leave teams with some uncertainty. Continue to focus on how changes are communicated to the teams
