Pros

Third Bridge is a remarkable place to work, they are quick to adapt to new technologies and opportunities, despite being of a reasonable global size. Other older larger companies struggle to keep up with the pace of development within technology, but Third Bridge takes it easily in it's stride. They have a fantastic set of core values, and really appreciate their employees. From what I have seen team fit is more important that experience, which gives the individual teams a cohesive mentality.

Cons

None that I can think of, I certainly love working here.

There is so much transparency in Third Bridge and as an employee, you genuinely feel safe and able to express ideas and opinions. Employers care very much about each individual employee's wellbeing. Working here is intellectually challenging, but incredibly rewarding! Great work-life balance.
