Turnover is terrible

Third Bridge has great benefits and opportunity to learn other industries.

Cons

The day-to-day job was very different from when it was first advertised. Aside from that, the target per month was very unrealistic which resulted to a terrible turnover due to “performance issues”.

- Decent pay and flexibility - Young culture and fun coworkers

Cons

- Constant pressure on hitting unrealisitic targets - Daily pointless meetings talking about where everyone is in their workflow - Little to no actual support from managers - Expected to work off the clock and reply to all emails within 15 minutes
