Pros

Great people. Fast promotion to PM/CA (4-6m). Great first job after university. Can market well on CV. Solid stepping stone into M&A origination, account management, and business development. WFH 2 days a week. Uncapped bonus.

Cons

Progression after PM/CA is realistically not worth staying for. Work can get repetitive. You don't learn much after 8 months, until Team Manager (takes 2y+).
